Kat Schuster is 200-hour certified yoga instructor and event host for Dark Disco. Additionally, she is an award-winning journalist and publications co-founder/editor, public relations specialist, graphic designer, and multimedia artist based in Los Angeles.
Her yoga practice merges sonic and somatic exploration—bringing intentional music curation and mindful movement to intimate spaces.
By day, she works as Communications Specialist for the City of Long Beach. By night, she curates ethereal experiences through her Dark Disco collective, an immersive dance party experience.
